A guest called b/c we had the wrong address in our system. We updated it in our records, but he wondered if it would affect his TI policy.
For travel protection, the guest address is very important. Their policy coverage is based off of the state that they live.If the API does not update modifications automatically, please email the updated information with the policy number to support@rentalguardian.com.
