Damage - Claim adjudication insight

RentalGuardian does not adjudicate claims, as we are a software company.

One item of insight we can provide is the claim administrator/examiner adjudicates claims without in-person investigation. Because of this, the determination is based on the description of damage, the pictures of damage, and any vendor notes on invoices/receipts (with the assessment of the scope of repair) provided during claim submission. By being as detailed as possible with your description of damage, how it happened, and what was found, will assist the claim examiner with their claim processing.
 
*All claims must have 1 photo and 1 paid invoice for the claim administrator to process.
