- File claim within 14 days of departure

- If you are an owner under a RentalGuardian client and need to file your claim, please go to your Property Managers microsite. If you do not have the microsite, please contact support for the microsite link.

- Claim documents must be submitted within 45 days of opening the claim.
- General Coverage Exclusions:
- Wear and tear
- Maintenance
- Damage caused by motor vehicles
- Intentional damage
- Pairs or sets of single damaged items
- Guest theft
