  • Recommendations and Timeframes
    • Inspect the property within 48 hours of the guest departure
    • File claim within 14 days of departure
      • File your claim by logging into your RentalGuardian account - https://manager.rentalguardian.com/
        • If you are an owner under a RentalGuardian client and need to file your claim, please go to your Property Managers microsite. If you do not have the microsite, please contact support for the microsite link.
    • Claim documents must be submitted within 45 days of opening the claim.
  • General Coverage Exclusions:
    • Wear and tear
    • Maintenance 
    • Damage caused by motor vehicles
    • Intentional damage
    • Pairs or sets of single damaged items
    • Guest theft
