Helping Travelers File a Claim for Travel Protection
   Below you will find simple steps to assist your traveler in filing a claim. 
- Step 1: Ensure the reservation is cancelled and verification of cancellation has been provided to the guest. 
- The traveler will need proof of cancellation to provide to the insurance company. 
- Step 2: Locate the insurance company in the RentalGuardian dashboard. 
- After logging into the dashboard, search for the policy. 
- Insurance company and policy are listed, see picture below

- Step 3: Provide the Travel Insurance company claims phone number to the traveler.
