  • Step 1: Ensure the reservation is cancelled and verification of cancellation has been provided to the guest.
    • The traveler will need proof of cancellation to provide to the insurance company.
  • Step 2: Locate the insurance company in the RentalGuardian dashboard.
    • After logging into the dashboard, search for the policy.
    • Insurance company and policy are listed, see picture below
