Step 1: Click Manage (located on top menu bar)
Step2: Click Claims from the drop down list to view claims
Step 3: From this page, click the Status field and select status options from the drop down list.
- All Claims
 - Active Claims (default selection)
 - Inactive Claims
 - Incomplete
 - In Review
 - Approved
 - Denied
 - Withdrawn
 - Filed Externally, etc.
 
Please Note: A claim cannot be filed unless a coverage has been submitted successfully.
