API Failures

It is the responsibility of the Travel Retailer (property manager) to make sure all premiums collected are for eligible coverage and are issued. If you receive a policy failure, please review the details and correct the information in the reservation software to have the coverage reissued.

If you are unable to identify why a policy open request has failed, our support team can assist with researching why the coverage was not opened. Open a support ticket by emailing support@rentalguardian.com.
