# Since we are not insurance experts and guests sometimes start to ask lots of specific questions, who can they call to get more accurate information?

As the Travel Retailer, you will want to do your best to assist the traveler with their travel protection questions.

The reason for this is for each policy sold, you receive a reseller fee (commission). If you are unable to answer a question, please forward the question to our support team and we will provide you the answer to relay to your traveler.

In addition, you may also provide the traveler with a sample policy to review.
